We operate on a unique business model so that we can provide the service to you at the lowest cost possible - FREE. Our resource pool includes a large number of talents in software programming, web development and quality assurance. Each of them has been screened and tested by a rigid process and is eager to take on a real-world project from you. All you need to do is to find the person suitable to your need and get started. There is absolutely no abligation. No strings attached.

Our talent pool is located in China, the fastest emerging economy in the 21st century. China is estimated to have 2 million new computer or engineering graduates added to the labor market each year. Due to the limited opportunity and highly geographically segmented labor market, it is often difficult for new graduates to find a suitable job locally. This result in many smart young people not being able to utilize their skills. Backed by one of the most reputable IT training institute in China, we are able to find the talented graduates that are willing to work on real-world out-sourcing projects with no pay. In return, they can gain practical experience to better equip them to advance their careers after completing your projects.

Each of our members has a bachelor degree in Computer Science or related area from accredited universities. Many of them are in the process of Graduate degree. We screen each of our members with a rigid process. The process includes verifying his curriculum, English proficiency test, specialty technical test (such as Web Development in various programming languages, Quality Assurance etc.), reasoning / critical thinking test and etc. More importantly we evaluate the person's motivation and work attitude so that we make sure that his goal aligns with our commitment to the customers.

How It Works

Let us know about your project

If you have a project that needs someone to work on, fill out the form to let us know. We will review the project's scope and technical requirements. We will find from our talent pool the best people that can fit your need.

Please specify the skill set you are looking for and the project description as detail as possible. This will greatly help us to identify the right candidates. We might contact you to clarify some questions.

We provide you with candidates

We will provide you 3 candidates including the detailed resume, qualifications (including the tests he or she took and passed) and contact information. You can interview them via text chat or voice to determine on your own whether any of them suits your project.

If you are not satisfied with all the 3 candidates, we will get your feedback and provide you with more candidates.

All the candidates we provide to you have been confirmed to be available for 20 hours work per week. Therefore you do not need to worry about their availability.

You accept a candidate

Once you feel comfortable about a candidate's ability to work, you can tell us that you will use him or her. Then we will assign the candidate as well as a project manager to your project.

The project manager is a trained professional to help you with the communication with the member and smooth out any issues. He or she also serves as a evaluator of the member.

You and the member work together in your project

You will assign tasks to the member and he will work under your supervision. The communication will be copied to the assigned project manager to ensure timely feedback and issue escalation. From this point on, you can treat the member and the project manager as part of your development team as they will do their best to deliver the project for you.

During the course of the project, you can escalate any issues to us directly. We will try our best to resolve them on a timely and fair manner.

Tracking and evaluating

The member tracks the time that he spent on your project and reports it to you once a week. We expect a member to work approximately 20 hours per week on the project (although it may fluctuate slightly week by week). You should evaluate the member's performance each month (we have an evaluation form), and send your evaluation to us. We will help the member to improve on any of the areas you feel needed.

The member will work for you at no cost for 4 months or 320 hours, whichever comes first. This time length should be sufficient for most small to intermediate projects and as well it serves as a reasonable practical training period for the member.

Completion of the project

After the designated period (4 months or 320 hours, whichever comes first), the member will complete his work in your project.

Upon completion of the project, you can just stop using the member with no further obiligation. We hope that we have provided good contribution to your project.

If you are willing to continue to use him, you can work with us to negotiate a rate to hire him on a paid basis. Our rate is very reasonable and is almost certain to be below the market average. Since you have evaluated the member for 4 months, you have the confidence of his ability and can make a determination.

Exceptional cases

As in any company, no one can guarantee that a hired person can do the job as expected. It will be the same in our case. During the course of the project, if you feel that the member is not capable of doing the work you expect, you can terminate him any time without any obiligation. If you are willing to accept another candidate, we will be happy to provide you with other resources.

In the case of you terminating a member, we will be eager to hear your feedback. This will help to improve our service and screening. We strive to cultivate professional, responsible and dedicated members because only helping customers to succeed will prove our value and sustainability.
